In-Progress Reading Series
CRY HAVOC regularly presents readings of new plays or portions of new plays still in the process of being developed with the company. These plays must already have gone through major stages of rigorous dramaturgy in the Workshop and are accompanied by a post-reading, moderated discussion between the audience and the playwright, director, and other artists involved in the development of the play. The goals of these readings are both to allow our audience to see what we are working on and to give them an opportunity to participate in our process.

Showcase Reading Series
CRY HAVOC also presents readings of new plays as the final stage of the development process of a new script. The goals of these readings are both to allow the company to see how the piece plays to a live audience and to give our audience an opportunity to see the outcome of our rigorous development process.
